How Does It Work?
The following snapshots show a recent utility sized solar project in California that used STJ Corporate Recycling for PV Panel box processing, material handling, and removal logistics. The 8 man crew was able to process and handle an average of 300 boxes of material each day.
The wide frame image shows the entire STJ mobile work area at the moment of capture. The mobile work area allows STJ crews to follow the project and ensure once material is ready for removal, it is off site as soon as possible.
The following zoomed images show the entire work process.
After cleaning crate material within the array, Union Labor pushes boxes to the nearest aisle/access road.
Cardboard and pallet material is separated to aid logistics for removal to final recycling destinations.
STJ handles all trucking of cardboard bins and pallet trailers.
Work area left in a clean manner.
