Safety & Training
At STJ Corporate Recycling, safety is of the utmost importance. We want to get the job done in an efficient and hard working manner, but that all is second to doing a job safely. All our employees are OSHA 10 certified and Project Managers are OSHA 30 certified. Forklift certifications any other onsite training needed is a continual process we value to ensure worker safety. Our workers are provided with proper PPE and more importantly the training of how to use it. Whether on our worksite or yours, workplace environment contributes to safety as well, and STJ employees strive to keep a clean orderly work area so hazardous incidents don't happen to our employees or others nearby.
Daily safety meetings on job sites ensure that everyone starts the day safety conscious, and knows the risks to be aware of. These meetings allow a moment for safety suggestions and learning how to improve on performance and safety of the previous day. The training and safety of our entire staff is just another way STJ invests in its employees and it's own future.
